After more than 15 years spent supporting transformations in industry, services and even in the political field, I took the decision to found Iterad to bring together all of these experiences acquired in change management, performance improvement, communication, training, development of personal and collegial leadership, in the service of operational and human transformations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t work alone: some assignments require specific expertise, which is why I work in a network with experts I know and for whom I vouch in the fields of transformation, strategy, interim management, coaching… so that you can support your transformation at the best level with a complete and robust offer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

My career<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My careerGraduated in Law and Political Science (Univ. Paris II Panth\u00e9on-Assas), I have always been interested in human relations and the way in which human societies are transformed. This is what made me live a year of internship at the French Embassy in Chile and start my career with two years in the political sector. Measuring then how difficult it is to reform a State, I became interested in the transformation of companies which must continually transform themselves in order to grow and survive. This is how I joined a first consulting firm specialized in change management and consultation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From this rich and practical experience, I discovered a particular taste for the industry. By combining this taste with my passion for aeronautics, I chose to join a flagship of the French and international aeronautical industry, in which I worked for more than 8 years on operational, regulatory, organizational and cultural transformation projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These missions have taken me to all continents, to meet various cultures and exceptional men and women. I then joined a consulting firm recognized for its expertise in developing the leadership of managers and of their teams to build and deploy sustainable transformations. A powerful experience that has finally convinced me of the essential role of men and women in the success of the most demanding transformations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
